Profold Elite 500FF

Model 500 friction feed is identical to the vacuum feed model except without the vacuum. A thick 5/8" frame casting holds the large 1 1/2" diameter fold rollers, the same diameter as large floor models. Fold plates and feed table are made from 1/8" steel plate for high durability. Special gear material reduces noise to minimal levels and eliminates the need to lube.

 

The Elite 500 vacuum feed folder is a compact heavy-duty tabletop model. A user friendly design feature has the feed and delivery stations on the same side for operator convenience. Profold's patented Prothane fold rollers have no affinity for laser or copier toner.
