The model 6100 is very similar to the 6105. The major difference is the electronic control board. It does not offer as much information to the operator. Internally they are almost identical.

Our largest model, the 6105 can process mail as thick as 1/2 inch and up to 11x 17-inches. Common number #10 envelopes can run at speeds up to 210 pieces per minute. An LCD display on the user-friendly control panel guides the operator step by step. Display monitors water level, feed settings, letter jams, skewed mail, and supply of roll tape in machine.

The U560/U570 automatically seals, meters, and stacks envelopes as thick as 3/8" at speeds up to 170 pieces per minute. Functions include automatic inking, meter printing positioning, seal only mode, intelligence display to inform operator if feeder or side guide need adjusting. Machine has auto shutoff and a redesigned sealing system.
